Getting any momentum takes time and patience that we don’t always have. Sometimes we need to start with creating space.
Recover, Recharge, Reset is a six-week, in-person course designed to help you do just that. In this workshop you’ll learn tools to manage stress, improve sleep, and build real-life resilience. No early morning cold plunges (I mean you can if you want…) Just science-backed tools, weekly support, and enough nonsense to keep it fun. Laughing is, after all, a great way to let go of stress.
