Start Where You Are
A Beginner’s Guide to Lifting Weight and Feeling Great
Research proves that women who strength train are more likely to stay fit and maintain muscle tone. I wrote this book to help you take the first steps to feeling better, appreciating your body, and working toward new goals. Not only will you learn why you should go beyond cardio-only workouts, but this book will also guide you through the basics of strength training, assuage your fears, and arm you with the tools you need to make sustainable change.
Start Where You Are Healthy Habit Planner - Undated
As someone who struggled to ever even use a planner, it seems absurd that I would actually create one.
But, I did.
I wanted to develop one place where my clients could have a weekly habit tracker, a weekly movement tracker, as well as ways to track steps and sleep.
Rather than giving them worksheets that could easily get lost, I decided to put it all together in one place, and to also include a yearly, monthly and daily calendar where you can include your schedule. I also wanted it to be undated, because if you’re going to Start Where You Are, it’s not always going to be at the beginning of a new year.
