That’s the question that I set out to answer two years ago, when I was sitting in a hospital bed, hooked up to chemo, and trying to help a client build a workout routine.
That’s when I remembered watching my mom throw in a Richard Simmons’ “Sweatin’ to the Oldies” VHS tape when I was growing up. She put the tape in, and did what he did. Boom.
Simple. Not easy, but simple.
