Strength Training Made Simple
Find the fitness plan that works for YOU
Achieve Your Goals
My two signature strength training programs, Simple Strength by KLF and the KLF Neighborhood, will help you train your body to do what matters most to you.
You’ve got goals—whether it’s keeping up with your kids, having the strength to hike or paddle board; to never have to ask someone else to open the pickle jar -or maybe you’re just ready to have more energy and more confidence in general.
My job is to take out the guesswork so you can focus on showing up.
I do all of the thinking for you - designing the workouts, making the plan, and helping you stay on track with gentle encouragement - not pressure or shame.

Master the Movements
The most common fear I hear from clients around strength training is getting hurt. We’ve all been there - we’ve started a program and then boom, we tweak our knee or our shoulder and then we feel like we can’t do anything. While aches and pains are bound to happen, the number one priority in all of my programs is teaching you how to move safely and confidently. Every exercise has a tutorial video designed to teach you proper form, and with the Neighborhood program, you can also have your form critiqued by me, to ensure that you are doing the exercises correctly.
Compassion, and Consistency Over Perfection
You’ll never be asked to overhaul your life overnight. Instead, we focus on small, doable steps that fit into your real, unpredictable schedule. Whether you follow along with short workouts in the app or receive personalized coaching, the goal is progress—not perfection.
Build the habit
Nail down that routine that you’ve been chasing since your twenties. Or maybe the one you’ve been thinking about chasing. Whether you’ve stopped and started a million times, or just know this is something you need to do, we’ll take this in small chunks and help you get the habit down. Getting started is important—but staying consistent is where the real change happens. That’s why everything we do is built to help you create a sustainable routine. Whether it’s a 10-minute workout in the app or showing up for a coaching check-in, you’ll stack small wins that add up to long-term results. No guilt trips. No all-or-nothing thinking. Just real momentum, one step at a time.
Two Ways to Get Strong with
Simple Strength
Looking for a no-fuss way to build strength? Simple Strength by KLF is designed for ease and consistency. Just press play and follow along at your own pace—no complicated routines, no pressure. Think of it like the modern-day version of those classic workout tapes—minus the VHS. Whether you're in perimenopause or beyond, Simple Strength helps you feel empowered, strong, and confident from the comfort of your home.
A No-Fuss Way to Build Strength
Press play. Feel strong. Keep it simple.
Nothing is too small to be a big deal.
I learned that early on in my coaching career.
Remember the old days of popping in a VHS tape and “Sweatin’ to the Oldies?” No? Jane Fonda? Billy Blanks? Jillian Michaels?
If you’re in perimenopause or beyond, you likely remember one of those.
The best part was the simplicity. All you had to do was hit play and boom - you did what they did. And you did it at your own pace, and in the privacy of your own home.
That’s what you get with Simple Strength by KLF. Sans the VHS tape…
