Virtual Fitness & Nutrition Program is a customized fitness, nutrition, and accountability program, delivered virtually and via an app. You get what you need, when and where you need it—without the limitations and expenses of the gym.

Included with the Neighborhood Online Personal Training:

  • 3-month training blocks/12-month full training program/3 days per week

  • 3-month progressive training phases

  • MyPTHub app

  • Equipment required:

    • Well-equipped home gym or commercial gym

    • Barbells and dumbbells or kettlebells

  • Coaching, feedback and support with video feedback through the app

  • Ongoing support

  • Your personalized fitness program can be done anytime, anywhere, and is updated monthly to evolve with your fitness journey.

  • Community & Accountability

  • 3 Month initial commitment, then month-to-month
