You Don’t Need More Discipline.
You need a fitness plan that fits your life
There was a time your body just did what you asked it to. No negotiation. Moving furniture. A hike with friends. The parents-vs-kids soccer game.
Now you're navigating a body in transition, whether that's perimenopause, a hysterectomy, a GLP-1, or just years of putting everyone else first, and you can feel that strength slipping away without your permission.
You've tried things. YouTube videos at home. An app. A membership you haven't used in six months. Some of it worked for a while, and then life got life-y and you fell off. You've been telling yourself "next week things will slow down" for two years now.
Your doctor keeps telling you to lose weight or start strength training. And some days the pressure to do more, be more, is so loud that you end up putting it off again. Not because you don't care. Because you're worn out from being told what to do all day.
You're not looking for a six-pack. You just want your clothes and your jewelry to fit again. You want to trust your body instead of bracing against it.
It doesn't have to be this complicated.
Phase 1: What actually counts. Most of us were never taught what strength training even means, or why it matters this much right now. We start here, plus a weekly challenge to get you moving in a way that counts.
Phase 2: The gap between knowing and doing. You already know you should be lifting. That was never the problem. This phase names exactly where your plan tends to break down (an unclear plan, decision fatigue, your environment working against you, life getting life-y, all-or-nothing thinking) so we can fix the real thing instead of asking you to try harder.
By the end, you'll have: a strength training plan built around your actual life, not a generic one. And you'll feel more confident, more energetic, and able to trust yourself to follow through.
How it works:
Live group coaching calls on Zoom
Pre-recorded lessons you can watch on your own schedule
A private Circle community for support and accountability
Worksheets to work through each phase
