Do you resist resistance training? Feel like a dumbbell when you step into a gym? Hate high-intensity workouts with…well…high intensity?

  • Maybe you used to get all sorts of exercise in an after-work soccer league.
  • Maybe you used to walk instead of drive, or take the stairs instead of the elevator.
  • Maybe you used to be one of those people who could eat whatever she wanted and make her friends totally jealous.

But then you turned 30. Or 40. Or 50. Or 60.

But then you had two kids.

But then you started working long hours and didn’t have time for anything other than a late dinner and a glass of wine after work.

Now you’re carrying around some extra pounds.

Now your pants are a size you’ve never worn before in your life.

Now you’ve slowed down so much that even everyday activities wear you out and you’re feeling all those aches and pains you used to hear your parents complain about when you were a kid.

You feel stuck.

And you have no idea what to do about it.

That's where we come in. Josh and Kim have over two decades of coaching experience between them and they want to help you get comfortable in the weight room and adopt a fitness routine that will stick.

The Stronger You workshop was born out of our desire to help friends, family members and clients get comfortable in the weight room and adopt a strength training routine that will stick.

And get you lasting results.

We've tried to help people by writing them programs, but many expressed similar fears and hesitations.

Where do I start?

What do I do when I get to the gym?

How do I know how much weight to use?

How do I know if I’m doing the exercises right?

Josh and Kim will answer all of these questions, show you how to correctly perform the exercises, work out around an injury, and you'll walk away with a six week program you can do on your own.

Plus, you'll be added to our private Facebook group so we can answer any questions and give you additional feedback during the six weeks of working out on your own.

Hiring a personal trainer will cost you $100 an hour. Getting a program along with coaching can cost as much as $400 a month.

Register by September 1st and save $50 on registration.
