Improving your posture with this one trick

I did a short Facebook poll last week to see how many folks would be interested in watching a short video blog post now and again. And if so, what topics you all might like to see.

Not surprisingly, nutrition is a big topic, and I promise you, I've got a post coming on carbs, because that's the number one question I get. (Carbs are not evil. They're not even really mean once you get to know them). 

My attention span for a video is somewhere between 30 seconds and two minutes. The video below is two minutes, but I promise you, this one trick can do wonders for your posture. I'm even practicing now while I sit in the airport. I'm doing it while I people watch.
